Hello everyone!
How's everybody doing right now?
It's been months since we last met, and SK had been missing you all!
We had been working hard on our album! I can guarantee you the songs are awesome!! I am sure you will all like it!!
We can't wait to perform the album live and bring our energy (a lot higher than before) onto the stage for you guys!!

One of our new songs "Burning the Sunrise" can be found at our MySpace.
www.myspace.com/thespiderskiss

As some of you may know, SK will be performing at the Annex Wreckroom (Bathurst and Bloor) on May 18 at 8:30p.m. This is our new album release party, so the new album will be available during that day!
I know it's a Sunday, but the next Monday is victoria day, which means no work or school!!

And wow... it's been 6 months since we last perform..!!
We can't wait to go back on stage and as Mok would say "Rock your socks off"!!

We will see you all very soon!
Until then, take care!!

P.S. All the shows from now on will be very very very memorable......

2007 Review

A month and a bit will be the end of the year 2007 and approximately 1.5 years into the Spider's Kiss career. It's one of those times to reflect and appreciate the things that have happened in the past year.

I'm sure the rest of the band will agree with me that without all the fans, we wouldn't be the band that we are today. We really have to thank all the people that show interests in our music and keep coming back time after time eventhough it's essentially the same songs played by the same group of guys. We've done 10+ shows throughout this year and we truly appreciate the energy that the crowd has given us time after time. We hope everyone had fun at our shows and went home with a smile.

The last SK show in 2007 is going to take place at Reverb on Nov. 28th. We will be supporting our good friend Rodney for the last gig for his group. We hope to see a few familiar faces there and possibily some new faces as well.

Afterwards, SK will be in full writing and recording mode starting in December. A brand new SK CD is planned to be released in Spring 2008. Keep your eyes opened for some possible previews throughout the next few months.

Until then, hope everyone has a great holiday and see you all in 2008.

Another step up for SK!!!

Super duper wuper thanks to everyone that came to support us at the Paragon competition tonite. It appears that we have the biggest crowd compared to all the other bands. Without you guys, we probably wouldn't have looked as impressive. We ended up getting 3rd place and qualifying for the final show. Stay tuned for that.

Hi Y'all,

Just got back home and settled down after our gig at Northern Anime Festival. This is quite a special gig in many ways. It's really Spider's Kiss' first "road gig" and also our final gig before taking a summer break. It wasn't easy being on stage without seeing the familiar faces that supported us everytime in Toronto, but everyone eventually warmed up to our music and it was all good from that point on. Apologies for all those who paid for our album but couldn't get a copy. We'll mail them to you guys as soon as we can. Trust me, we're not thiefs.

It's been a great year for SK and we hope to see you all again when we return to the stage in a month or so.

Keep on rocking!

June 25, 2007

Keep on rocking and keep the scene alive!
